We host several festivals throughout the year. Our email list is intended to give vendors the opportunity to receive notifications when we start accepting applications for our events.

Be a Balloon Fest Vendor
  • Event Date: Saturday, August 16, 2025
  • Time: 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Location: Townsend Event Center, 7930 E. Lamar Alexander Pkway, Townsend, TN
  • hCategories Welcome: Artisans, food trucks, crafts, local retail businesses, and more (specific guidelines provided upon application).
  • Booth Fees: $75 - $225

All applications will be reviewed by a selection committee, and applicants will be notified of their status 90 days before each event. While credit card information is required at the time of application, vendor fees will only be charged if you are selected.
